The graduated student in Computer Science can access PhD programs. The PhD title is the highest academic degree awarded by Italian universities. Access to PhD programs is through competition based on examination.

The M.Sc. in Software: Science and Technology allows graduated students to apply for the professional register in Information Engineering(Albo degli ingegneri - Sezione A degli Ingegneri – Settore dell'informazione).
